Return Policy

Chalk Warrior will always accept returns and process full refunds for products that are defective or are missing embellishments as long as these leotards are unworn and communication of the defective leotard no later than 30 days after receiving the leotard. Leotards are quality inspected before packaging, but sometimes some things are missed. For defective leotards, we will offer a full refund for the leotard, or a repair if a repair is possible.

If an incorrect item is sent, Chalk Warrior will provide a return label to send back the incorrect item. Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will ship out your correct item.

Returns for all other reasons will be accepted and full refunds will be processed under the following guidelines:

  • Return must be initiated no more than 30 days after the leotard was delivered
  • Item has not been worn beyond the leotard being tried on
  • Item has tags attached, and is returned as a complete set with the original leotard zipper bag, sticker and scrunchie (if applicable). Leotards returned without a scrunchie and/or sticker will receive a $1.00 deduction in refund for each item that is missing.
  • Item is in re-sellable condition

PLEASE NOTE: Any items that are pre-ordered are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless otherwise noted. If you have a quality issue with your pre-ordered item, you may contact customerservice@chalkwarrior.com. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be offered for sizing issues, user error on ordering products, ordering extra to see which leotard fits, etc.
